Health New Lynn is a very large general practice and an integral part of Totara Health Services, one of New Zealand’s first fully integrated family health centres.  Health New Lynn is owned by ProCare, Aotearoa’s largest and most diverse network of healthcare professionals, with a local and personal approach to delivering world leading health services.

We support over 19,000 patients and is co-located with the New Lynn Transport Centre, 13km from the CBD.

We are looking for an experienced customer services representative to join its widely diverse general practice as part of the front desk team to replace our amazing superstars who have been promoted within our practice. The successful applicant will have a strong customer service focus, excellent problem solving and communications skills, which may have been gained in either a customer service, retail or hospitality environment. You will be responsible for front line reception services and positively influencing the patient experience.

The successful applicant will be reporting to the Patient Services Team Leader the role is 40 hours per week. Working hours will usually fall between 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday, while also participating on the rotational weekend roster.
