Meet Dr Sadaf Intikhab
MBBS, MCPS (Family Medicine), Diploma in women’s health, RNCGP (GPEP1 – registrar)
I am a dedicated and compassionate medical professional with diverse clinical experience, including more than three years of hands‑on practice in New Zealand’s public health system. I bring a strong foundation in general practice, women’s health, and hospital medicine, with experience across specialties such as Obstetrics and Gynaecology, General Medicine, and Emergency Medicine. I’ve previously worked at Auckland City Hospital, Middlemore Hospital, and Wairau Hospital.
I am currently enrolled in the General Practice Education Programme (GPEP1) under RNZCGP, and I’m also pursuing a Diploma in Women’s Health through the University of Auckland. I’m known for my clinical judgement, effective communication, and patient‑centred approach, and I strive to deliver holistic, evidence‑based care to the diverse communities I serve.
