GP Assignment Information

When you enrol with our practice, your care will be provided by our dedicated team of doctors and healthcare professionals.

Patients with long-term conditions or those aged 65 and over will be assigned to a specific GP for continuity of care. All other patients will be enrolled with the practice rather than an individual GP, allowing greater flexibility in booking appointments.
