Planning to travel overseas? We provide travel health appointments, and selected vaccinations, to help you prepare for a safe and healthy trip.
Travel health appointments
During your appointment, our team will review your travel itinerary, planned activities, and make recommendations for appropriate medications or vaccinations you may need before your trip.
Our team are able to provide advice based on your plans, such as:
- Advice on food and water safety
- Mosquito and insect bite prevention
- Prevention and management of travelers’ diarrhea
- Animal bite avoidance and what to do following an animal bite
- Sun and heat protection
- Prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) during long-distance travel
- Recommendations for a travel health kit, where appropriate.
Travel consultation fees

| Additional family member aged under 18 years | 15 minutes | $30 per person |
| Additional family member aged 18 years and over | 15 minutes | $50 per person |
Please note: travel consultation fees cover the medical assessment and personalised travel health advice. Vaccines and vaccine administration are charged separately.

Please note: payment is required before a vaccine is ordered.
We do not currently provide rabies or yellow fever vaccines. If you require these vaccines, we will refer you to a specialist travel clinic.
