Not sure how to manage your child’s health records? Here is a quick guide on our policy here at Health New Lynn, including at what age your child can begin to manage their own information via MyIndici, independent from a parent.
- Children under 16 must be enrolled with Health New Lynn by a parent or legal guardian
- Children under 16 can have their health records linked to a parent or legal guardian’s MyIndici patient portal account. Please note – a child’s records can only be linked to one parent/guardian account
- If your child is aged 12–15, they’ll need to give written consent for a parent to access their records through MyIndici
- Once your child turns 16, they’ll have their own MyIndici account and manage their own health information.
