Community Nurse Prescriber / Nurse Team Lead

Caitlin is Health New Lynn’s Nurse Team Leader and Community Nurse Prescriber, currently working towards her Registered Nurse Designated Prescriber qualification. With a special interest in diabetes care and walk-in clinic services, she is passionate about providing accessible, person-centred support to help people manage their health and wellbeing.

Caitlin believes in empowering patients through education and collaborative care, and is committed to making healthcare approachable, timely, and effective in the community setting.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time at the beach or out exploring with her dog, which helps her recharge and stay balanced.
